What We Do

  • Common Area Care: Daily janitorial, floor care, glass and entry cleaning, trash and recycling, restrooms, odor control, pest prevention.
  • Lighting and Power: Interior and exterior lighting checks, lamp and ballast swaps, signage power, timer and photo-eye settings.
  • Plumbing and Drainage: Restroom fixtures, supply and drain lines, grease trap coordination, sewer backups, water leak response, meter reads.
  • Exterior and Parking: Lot sweeping, striping, pothole patches, snow and ice, landscaping, irrigation, sidewalks, benches, and planters.
  • Life Safety and Compliance: Fire alarms, sprinklers, extinguishers, emergency lighting, egress routes, ADA access, inspection scheduling and logs.
  • Back-of-House and Docks: Service corridor access, dock doors and bumpers, waste rooms, compactors, and hauler coordination.
  • Tenant Coordination: Notices for planned work, shutoffs, and deliveries, move in and move out support, issue triage and status updates.
